Performance Objectives

During the development of the quality management system, objectives for overall system performance were identified.  Performance toward these objectives is tracked on a regular basis and activities related to achieving these objectives are an integral part of our continuous improvement program. 

Our performance objectives include:

  • Internal Reject Rate = <2%

  • Production Efficiencies = 96%

  • Customer Returns = <0.2% PPM

  • On-time-delivery = >98%
