Alan Kearns, President
We pride ourselves on our flexibility and responsiveness in serving
the ever-increasing requirements of our customers.
We employ 60 experienced and dedicated people, operating on a
3-shift schedule, 5-7 days per week in accordance with our customers'
requirements.

Pre-production mold design assistance and/or coordination is available.
Secondary operation and assembly process design is also provided as needed.
(see Services) All pre-production activities
are coordinated by a dedicated sales person providing the customer with a
"single point of contact".
Production activities are scheduled and tracked using a dedicated computer
software package (IQWin32). A "single point of contact" person is provided
throughout the production life of the project/part through our
scheduling/customer service representatives.
Molding machines range in size from 120 tons to 610
tons of clamp force. Automation is incorporated on selected machines.
Central resin handling and part conveyers are used throughout
the facility.
All Secondary operations and assembly are performed in an environment
and are performed in-cycle when practical. This practice reduces
in-process inventories and ensures rapid throughput of production orders.
From the customers perspective this means: competitive pricing; reduced lead
times; and ensures on-time-delivery of all production orders.
